With a wealth of experience in the specification and installation of high quality floorcovering solutions, Peter Evans Flooring of Barry, Mid Glamorgan were delighted to be awarded the contract by Cardiff-based construction specialists, OPCO Ltd to install the entire floorcoverings within 140 luxury apartments at Century Wharf, Westbury Homes development in Cardiff Bay.
The two-bedroom apartments at Century Wharf have been designed to offer exquisite luxury throughout, and the floorcoverings specified by Peter Evans Flooring complemented the lavish interior specification superbly.
The project brief dictated a fast track installation programme in order to complete the 140 flats within a six week timescale. Experienced in working with demanding timescales, Peter Evans Flooring implemented a stringent preparation and installation plan, which enabled them to ensure that the flats were available on schedule, and to the client’s complete satisfaction.
Lusotufo Walton Hall high quality twist carpet was installed throughout the two bedrooms, as it will provide the necessary superior quality, yet be hardwearing and durable. Throughout the lounge and hallway, Peter Evans Flooring installed Quickstep Uniclic 800 Double Plank Oak Laminate flooring as it will portray the required clean, contemporary finish, but will also be easy to maintain and prove highly durable.
