Peter Evans Contract Interiors Limited (P.E. Contracts) has made a significant new appointment as it expands the company and strengthens its team to deal with multi million pound projects and further increase its presence in the leisure and retail sector.

Mike Sandilands, who is based in Milton Keynes, has been appointed as Operations Manager. He will be working across all elements of the business including client liaison, procurement of contractors and services, generating new business and overseeing the work undertaken for P.E. Contracts’ long standing customer base. 

Mike previously worked as a Senior Accounts Manager for Bedford based contractor, Withey Contracts Ltd.

P.E. Contracts targeted Mike due to his considerable experience in managing ‘fast track’ retail and leisure schemes, as well as working on cruise liners, airports, universities and multi-screen cinema projects.

Mike says: “I have been brought in to help the company diversify into different sectors, set up and manage new procedures and utilise the skills and experience of our site management teams and numerous proven contractors. PE Contracts has an enviable client base and an excellent reputation and I'm proud that they have chosen me to spearhead their diversification plans”
